What is crystal infused water?

Crystal-infused water, or a crystal elixir, is a simple yet effective way of working with the healing energy of crystals and gemstones. When water is infused with crystal vibrations, it is then charged with the healing properties of the stone, and can be used to enhance health & well being.

Is it safe to drink crystal infused water?

Yes! Absolutely! 

All the crystals we use are safe for drinking! Rose Quartz, Amethyst, Obsydian and Clear Quartz are non-toxic and rank at least 7 or higher on the Mohs Hardness Scale, which measures the ability to resist scratching or dissolution. 

(Beware: Some crystals can be toxic and water-solvent so please be careful and research for safety if you experiment with DIY crystal infused water! E.g. many stones including turquoise, lapis lazuli, fluorite, calcite and selenite must not be soaked in water.)

 

Does crystal infused water taste different than regular water?


Almost all of our customers report a difference in taste between regular drinking water and crystal infused water.  The difference is often described as a subtle change in the texture of the water.

 

Does crystal healing really work?

We believe the answer to this question is a definitive yes. When first hearing about the healing and health attributes of crystals, often the first question asked is "Does it really work?

Our minds are our most powerful tool, whatever we choose to put our energy into, will flourish and grow. Whenever we have a positive thought, the energy will follow and create more positive things in our lives. It is thought that crystals can help us along our path of growth by amplifying our intentions.

What is The Gem Drop bottle made of?

Our bottles are made of 100% BPA free Borosilicate glass.  The twist off luxurious lid is made from stainless steel with a leak proof silicone gasket.  All full Food Grade Stainless Steel components are used.

All crystals sourced are 100% Genuine crystals mined from Brazil & Madagascar.

Please note, each crystal is unique in its colour, clarity, size, shape & orientation within the bottle.  They are as unique as YOU!!!  Your crystal may differ slightly from the pictures on the website.

What are the dimensions of my Gem Drop bottle and how much does it hold?

  • 550ml/ 17oz (this varies slightly as each crystal is unique in size & shape) 
  • Height: 25cm/9.9in
  • Crystal size is approximately: 100mm x 30mm x 27mm
  • Diameter (mouth and bottom): 3.5cm/1.4in, 7cm/3in 
  • Fits most cup holders

 

How do I take care of my Gem Drop bottle? 

BOTTLE CARE:  Wash before use; hand wash with warm soapy water (not recommended for dishwashers or boiling water).  Do not clean with bleach or cleansers containing chlorine. 

Hold your crystal under running water for a few minutes to wash away any negative energy. It is advisable to place a cloth in the bottom of the sink to protect the crystal in case you accidentally drop it.

Not suitable for microwave, cooking or freezing.  Designed for cold liquids only. 

CRYSTAL CARE:  There are a number of ways to cleanse and "charge" your crystals, depending on your preference. For example:

1. Expose them in the moonlight or sunlight

2. Hold them under fresh running water or

3. Use a smudge stick.

The choice is yours!

 

How do I use my Gem Drop bottle?

Step 1: Give your bottle a wash before use. 

Step 2: Fill up your Gem Drop bottle with fresh filtered water.

Step 3: Let the water and crystal infuse for 7-10 minutes to get the full experience!

Step 4: Set your intention for the day!  We recommend you to ‘charge’ your crystal with your intentions and desires before drinking. That way, the energy will flow through your body with every sip you take. Crystal Wellness, Naturally...

Step 5: And enjoy!

Step 6: Refill & Repeat steps 1 to 5 every day!!

 

Does it break?

Simply put, yes.  The Gem Drop bottle is made of high borosilicate glass which is tough, but there is still a chance of breakage. We recommend you to handle your bottle & crystals with care. 

 

What do I do if I haven't received my confirmation email?

How much is shipping?

Domestic shipping within Australia is absolutely free! No minimum! 

International Shipping starts from $25AUD.

 

How long does shipping take and where do you ship to?

All orders are dispatched within 2 business days. Please note, this does not include Public Holidays.  Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.  Take a look at our Shipping page for more details and information on shipping. 

 

Will I have to pay customs & duties?

Once you order reaches its destination outside of Australia, it may be subject to import duties and taxes, which is paid by you. Please contact your local customs office for further information.

 

Can I track my order?

Yes, you will receive your tracking number once your order has been dispatched!

 

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept credit cards and PayPal. We also accept Afterpay payments for Australian and US customers only.

 

How can I cancel or change/edit my order?

Please note that once orders have been placed, we are unable to make any changes. Please contact the courier to update this. If your package is sent back to our warehouse, you will incur a reshipping fee.

 

Where do I type in my promo code?

Once you get to checkout, there will be a promo code field for you to input your special code.

 

I've received a faulty item. What do I do? 

On the off chance that you receive a faulty item, please contact: support@thegemdrop.com and send a photo of the faulty item.

 

What if my item arrives damaged or is lost in transit? 

We inspect every item before it is shipped out, therefore, we cannot accept any responsibility once it has left our warehouse and if your item is lost in transit or arrives damaged due to carrier carelessness. Please contact the shipping carrier for further information on your order. We would also be happy to assist should there be any problems: support@thegemdrop.com.  Please note, we are not responsible for stolen packages or any address and order errors made by the customer.
